History

Three decades ago in year 1992. Mrs. C.A. Baksh and Mr. A.K. Baksh realised the need to provide a Safe, Healthy, Eco-friendly and Joyful Environment for Little Children's Education in the heart of Korba City. As their  personal experiences of dangers of frequent road accidents in city, where once their own Grand children were going to far off at T.P. Nagar, their grandson was thrown out from Rickshaw due to potholes. No major injury happened that time but this led fear and worry in small children and their parents.

One More incident took place where a truck suddenly hit the brake and dashed the rickshaw which was another shock for the little children. These experiences urged the need to provide a safe and secure place of learning with quality education to the small children in Korba industrial city.

At the age of 60 years Mrs. C.A. Baksh dreamt of providing pristine education to the children at an affordable costing. With sheer determination, persistence and support from the family she successfully brought the imagination into reality by launching BABYLAND SCHOOL & CHRECHE as centre of Pre-education and overall development to Serve the City.

BABYLAND an English medium school was is an answer to the community's Prayers and needs. It captured the popularity since the time of its foundation. Indeed initial year was challenging as BABYLAND had to work hard among pre existing schools and make a mark of excellence in the City. Honourable Mr. A.K. Baksh and Mrs. C.A. Baksh, Director and Founder nurtured earliest pointers to serve little children with Great Love, Care, Safety and Development with utmost responsibility.

To fulfill the Vision and Mission of School was a hardworking Family and dedicated Teachers who put their sincere efforts in Building & Equipping characters for excellence. The School is run by BABYLAND SHIKSHAN SAMITI Reg. No. BIL/DN/428 established in year 1992.

We the BABYLAND family have set Principles to BUILD, EQUIP and LAUNCH every RISING STAR as our FUTURE LEADERS and HISTORY MAKERS. The aim and objective of the School is to offer value based Elementary Education to mould children morally to face the challenges of modern day living and to give them combination of Academic Excellence and Extra-curricular Activities.
