Do's

• School believes in discipline, punctuality, truthfulness and obedience. Any act likely to lower the image of the school will be a breach of school discipline.
• Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address and mobile numbers.
• Leave for half day should not be applied for security reason. In emergency, written permission must be taken from the Manager/Head Mistress and the teacher in advance without fail
• If there be any legitimate complaint please sees the manager at once or writes in a separate letter addressed to him/her who will go into these matters personally.
• Any communication made by the parents/guardians should be addressed to the manager and not to the class teacher.
• Parents should sign the progress report and return in to the school within three days. If the report card is lost , a replacement will be made only after payment of Rs.200/-.
• The name and class of the pupil should be clearly marked on belongings of the student's books, copies, uniform, handkerchief, Tiffin box and water bottles etc.
• Parents are required to be co-operative with the school in its attempt to help their children's progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their works.
• They should check the diary every day and note instructions given.
• They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any notice/invitation etc. has been issued.
• Please return the article which does not belong to the child, if taken.
• Parents are advised to check that their wards don't bring valuable articles and jewellery to school.
• It is compulsory for the student to complete 90% of attendance in the year to make them eligible to sit for the final examination.
• Parents are advised not to apply for leave which can possibly be avoided.
•  Parents are required to get the child's blood group checked.
• You are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline, please see that your children prepare their lesson and do their home work regularity. Please take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
• Criticism of teachers or of the school should be strictly avoided because it causes the child to lose his/her respect for the teachers. In case of any legitimate complaint kindly consult/contact manages.
• As the medium of instructions is English, children should be helped to follow their class easily and intelligently by a certain amount of English conversation at home
• Coaching/remedial classes may be held after school hour to help the weak students. You are requested to co-operate.
• Parents-Teacher meeting will be held time to time in order to acquaint with your of the progress of your child. You are requested to attend these meetings.
• Remarks made in the diary should be counter signed by the parents/guardians only.
• School calendar and syllabus are supplied by the school, please to through and keep them properly.

Don't

• Parents shall enter class rooms or meet children or teacher during school hours without permission of the Manager/Head Mistress.
• Children when sick are not be sent to school to attend class / Test.
• Important: Parents attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of the teacher or school in the presence of a child should be scrupulously avoided because the students to lose respect for their teachers with the consequents failure to learn from them and will retard his / her progress.
• Parents are strictly advised not to grant any pocket money to the students.
• Students as well as parents/guardians are not permitted to offer any presents/gifts to the teachers without the explicit permission of the Manager.
• You are also requested not to send or bring any gift or present to the manager on any occasion.

Important

• Parents are strictly advised to auhtorise any particular person who will come to school to take the child back home, in the absence of which nobody else will be allowed to take child back home. This is very important for security reasons.
• Parents are advised to carefully fill the details of child and themselves as per birth certificate and aadhar card and caste certificate (if any) at the time of admission.
• Correction /Alteration in details of child record information will be made only by submission correct legal documents only at the beginning of session.
• No alteration / correction in information of child will be entertained after online submission of student records.
• In case of losing report card, transfer certificate, ID Card, a replacement will only be made after payment of Rs. 200/-
• Parents are requested to keep their address and mobile numbers update in the office record. This is very important to contact parents in case of any emergency.

Visiting Hour of Parents

Parents should maintain a close rapport with teacher in the school. Parents are advised to meet the respective class teachers on Saturday between 11:30 am to 12:00 pm in the presence of the Head Mistress / Manager.

Withdrawal / School Leaving Notice

Children required to leave the school in the mid academic session will have to pay the full session fee. Transfer certificate will be issued only when all dues cleared.
